Cheap Christmas Cards in Bulk for the Whole Office

Buying a boxed set for a big team adds up fast, and the boxes rarely have enough variety. Printable cards solve both problems: you buy the designs once and print as many copies as your team needs, which brings the cost per card down to roughly the price of the paper and ink.

What it actually costs

• Designs: one printable bundle, bought once. Our 24-design bundle costs less than a single boxed card set at most stores, and the 6-pack and 10-card bundles cost even less.
• Paper: each letter-size sheet of cardstock gives you two 5x7 cards. Cardstock commonly costs around 10 to 25 cents a sheet in packs of 50 to 100.
• Ink or print shop: home ink varies by printer; an office printer or a local print shop is often cheapest for big runs.
• Envelopes: A7 envelopes (5.25 x 7.25 in) fit our cards. For hand-delivered office cards you can skip envelopes entirely.

For a 40-person team, that typically works out to well under a dollar a card, including the designs.

A 30-minute workflow for 20 to 100 cards

1. Pick 3 to 6 designs so neighbors at adjacent desks get different cards.
2. Print one test sheet on plain paper and check the colors.
3. Print the run on matte cardstock, two cards per sheet.
4. Cut on the crop marks with a paper trimmer. It's much faster than scissors.
5. Write a short personal line on each. See what to write for a coworker.

Is it OK to use one design for everyone?

Absolutely. Most people only see their own card. If your team sits together, a few designs add a nice touch. Before printing, check that your purchase's terms cover your use: our cards are licensed for personal use, which covers cards you give yourself; for printing with a company logo or for resale, message us first.
